Best of the web roundup
The site "Software Development in the Real World" has a nice roundup of websites that emphasize good design and organization.

That is a pretty good list of sites. They left out notecentric, though...
Correction: now Notecentric is listed. Mwa ha ha...
I saw myspace on that list... While Myspace is huge and popular with the kiddies, I wouldn't say it emphasizes good design.
